Easy Returns If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
Product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Products that fail our quality check will not be accepted.

3. Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
4. Return Shipping Fee A ₹129 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
Refund Method:
1. Once your returned item passes our Quality Check (QC), the refund amount will be issued as an Evania Belle Coupon Code.
2. The coupon code can be used on your next purchase from our website.
Coupon Code Terms
1. Valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
2. Can be used only once.
The order value should be equal to or greater than the coupon value.
3. Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Exchange Period:
You can request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility:
1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. All tags and original packaging should be intact.
3. Products that do not pass our quality inspection will not be eligible for exchange.

When Can You Exchange?
1. You can request an exchange if:
2. You received the wrong size.
3. You received the wrong product.
4. The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Exchangeable

Exchange Fee:
1. A ₹99 reverse shipping fee will be charged for every exchange request.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
2. Second-time returns are not allowed.

How Does It Work?
1. Submit your exchange request through our website.
2. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the pickup.
3. After the product passes our quality check, the replacement will be shipped.
The complete exchange process usually takes 7–10 working days.

Stock Availability:
If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue an Evania Belle Coupon Code for the product value, which you can use on your next purchase.

Important:
1. You cannot exchange a product for a different product directly.
2. Instead, choose the return option, wait for the credit note, and place a new order using that coupon code.
3. If pickup service is not available at your pin code, we kindly request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared once your request is approved.
